Declare State of Emergency for the Town of Briarcliffe Acres

Engage agreement:
Vote to engage Phillips and Jordan, Inc. and Tetra Tech to perform Hurricane Matthew disaster debris removal, reduction, and disposal services per their agreement with the Town
